Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), though often sooner, after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during peak promotional periods may experience slight processing delays.
Fulfillment
Leilo orders are fulfilled via a wide U.S. fulfillment centers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states via our standard Domestic U.S. shipping zone. Shipping rates are calculated based on order value and selected shipping speed at checkout.

Orders under $54.95: $3.99
Orders $54.95 and up: Free
Expedited Shipping
Orders $0.00–$54.95: $4.99
Orders $54.95–$100.00: $3.99
Orders $100.00 and up: $6.99
Priority Shipping
Orders $0.00–$54.95: $5.99
Orders $0.00–$100.00: $6.99
Orders $100.00 and up: $9.99
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Extended U.S. Shipping
We also ship to select Extended U.S. locations (5 states/territories including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, and other US territories).
Due to higher carrier costs, extended area rates apply which represent the additional cost in shipping:
Orders 0–2 lb: $16.00
Orders 2 lb and up: $25.00
Extended U.S. shipments may take additional time to arrive.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work to deliver all orders on time, shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volume. Leilo is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Leilo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
